At Artful MetalWorx we aim to ship your orders as soon as possible. Orders from our available categories ship within 5-7 days from the time of purchase. Personalized orders typically take 2-4 weeks. We ship in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) as well as International (outside the United States) though there may be additional charges from your courier to ship to these locations.

At Artful MetalWorx we want you to be happy not just with your purchase, but also with the experience you have with us. For that reason, Artful MetalWorx has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please call us at 877-244-7755 ext. 2 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 30 days after purchase and we will work with you to replace, refund or exchange your order.
To return items:
To return an item for a complete refund, please contact us at 877-244-7755 ext. 2 or at email@example.com in order to obtain a return code.
– All returns must be pre-authorized by Artful MetalWorx and assigned a return code.
– All returns must be received within 15 days of a return code being generated
– After a return is processed we do our best to refund your credit card with the total purchase price minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are paid to couriers not Artful MetalWorx this is why shipping is not reimbursed to you. We do our best to refund your credit card within 48 hours of receipt. After that, your bank may take between 2 and 10 days to credit your card.
– ALL SALE ITEMS AND CUSTOM ORDERS ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
– If you live in the local area feel free to bring your item to the Artful Ellijay store at 10 N. Main St. and we can process the return in our store.
Please package any returned items in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a shipping method with tracking for your return.

Return of defective items: If an item is broken or defective, we will replace or exchange your product free of charge. Please note that abuses to the exchange policy, such as abnormal wear and tear, are subject to Artful MetalWorx’s discretion.
Damaged items must be reported within 10 days of purchase and will be replaced at no additional cost to you. Artful MetalWorx requires customers to refuse delivery and note damages (photos required) upon receipt of a damaged goods. If you fail to note damage (take photos) upon receipt you have removed Artful MetalWorx and its couriers from liability of the damage.
An unauthorized return is any return brought to Artful MetalWorx without a return code or outside the appropriate time frame for return. If you send an unauthorized return to Artful MetalWorx we will return to sender the package and any shipping fees will be charged to you.
